Cailey Chase

Cailey has deep connections to the Monroe/NELA area, having spent the majority of her childhood in West Monroe and graduating from West Monroe High School. She relocated to Baton Rouge, LA, where she discovered her passion for the real estate industry. Returning to her roots, she aims not only to reconnect with the community that shaped her early years but also to expand her business in the real estate industry.

She initially entered the real estate industry by working as an Administrative Assistant to gain insights into the business operations. Soon after, she earned her real estate license and transitioned to become a full-time Realtor, assisting numerous clients in the South Louisiana region. As her experience grew, she accepted the opportunity to take on the role of Listing Coordinator. These positions have equipped her with invaluable knowledge and tools, paving the way for success in various facets of the real estate field.

She entered real estate due to her passion for the industry and a genuine desire to assist and support people. The most rewarding aspect for her is helping individuals within the community navigate the often exciting yet stressful real estate journey. Bringing joy by minimizing the stress in this process is her primary motivation.

In Cailey’s free time you can find her attending family oriented community events, spending quality time with family, and cozying up by a wood-burning fire with her small family of husband and fur babies!
