She has also been a paralegal to a local attorney for the last 10 years and uses her legal knowledge to help serve her clients. Amanda strives to provide personal attention and responsiveness to her clients.

Why did you go into real estate?I began my career in real estate because I enjoy meeting new people and helping others, so I figured what better way to fulfill that passion than assisting new homeowners with the biggest purchase of their life.

What unique value do you bring to clients, i.e. why should a client choose to work with you? I try my best to give each client my complete attention and have as much prepared for them in advance as possible.  I strive to be responsive 24/7 and stay a step ahead of the process so they are informed and never have to wonder “what’s next?”.  I also feel it’s important that I stay knowledgeable and up-to-date about the different loan types, financing options and the current market to best serve my clients.  I worked as a paralegal for 12 years prior to becoming a realtor and believe my experience in the legal field is beneficial to my clients.

Do you have any special certifications, continuing education or awards relevant to the industry? I was awarded Rookie of the Year during my first year of real estate.  During my second year, I received the Honor Society Emerald Award, Silver Agent of the Year, and voted “Happy Camper” by a local lender.

What are you PASSIONATE about outside of real estate? Or, what do you like to do in your spare time? Interests? Hobbies? I enjoy group fitness classes and have taught at Anytime Fitness as a group fitness instructor for 6 years.
